Warehouse Building consists of 3 sections all attached:

• Office – 12 by 18 ft. Added on in 1999, with running water & bathroom.
• Quonset – 40 by 60 ft. Galvanized steel, 1960′s construction. Insulated & Windowless.
• Warehouse – 50 by 60 ft. added at a later date. Wood frame with metal siding with a 12ft by 12 ft insulated metal overhead door. Building is well insulated & finished with wood paneling with casement windows.  10′ room down 1 side that was used as a paint room with loft over this room.

• 5,616 +/- square foot warehouse situated on the rear of the developed property.
• There are about 2 acres of undeveloped space behind this building.
• Building was first built & used by a cabinet maker & there are drop down three phase outlets all over the building as well as many wall outlets.
• Hookup for compressor in both warehouse sections.
• Three Phase power with four 200 amp service breakers. All exposed wiring is conduit encased.
• Building last housed an Industrial Shredder & 2 Balers  – 3 phase with dedicated circuit boxes & lockout box for the shredder.
• Security & fire alarm system.
• Heated by Oil Furnace. (Also disconnected electric heaters in the Quonset & a wood furnace.)
